The Half Round has a profile that promotes 360‑degree breakover, reducing lever forces on the limb and supporting soft, natural foot movement. Its aluminum design reduces weight, improving stride efficiency, especially for disciplines requiring agility and quick foot placement. The toe‑clip enhances stability and positioning during shoeing and work. A smooth perimeter encourages clean rollover, reducing resistance on uneven ground. Ideal for therapeutic, performance, and transitioning horses needing reduced mechanical strain.

St. Croix Forge Halfround Aluminium has an optimal oval shape and additional nail holes compared to the traditional shoe.

The St. Croix Forge Halfround Aluminium is a symmetrical half-round front shoe with a toe clip. Made of strong and light aluminum.
