If you are unhappy with the service you have received we want to hear about it. Complaints can be submitted by telephone, or E-mail, we aim to respond within one working day.

We never send unsolicited mail.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found, might be charged a test fee of €10.00 + Return Carriage + VAT
Outside the 7 days cooling-off period, if accepted for return, non-faulty mail-order goods correctly supplied will be charged a restocking fee of 25% on the original purchase price. Within the Distance Selling Regulations, 7 days cooling-off period no handling charge will be made. For items returned under the DSR's consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of any products in their possession and as such we request items be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in an original saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number, obtained prior to return. Any returns postage will be the responsibility of you the customer. We will not be able to refund the original shipping costs as we've already incurred the costs ourselves when sending your order. DSR's do not apply to customers outside the LT.
All prices exclude VAT @ 21.00% if you the customer provides a legally valid EU VAT-number. For clients inside the EU region, you will need to provide a legally valid local VAT-number in order to be invoiced without VAT.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
